- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- No prepayment is needed.
Non-refundable
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
Pre-authorisation preferences
We do pre-authorise guests' credit cards prior to arrival for prepayments and down payments.
Guest payment options
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard.
Guests can pay cash in US$ and BZ$.
Bank wire in US$ and EUR for prepayments is available.
